Most of the time, we referred to the people who are older than us and ask clarifications since they’ve experienced a lot.
Based on a report from ABS-CBN, researchers recently discovered that there are almost 400 routine practices that are contradicted by studies.
Dr. Vinay Prasad of Oregon Health and Science University expressed his thoughts about the wrong practice and ideas of some people.
“You come away with a sense of humility… very smart and well-intentioned people came to practice these things for many, many years. But they were wrong,” said Prasad.

Asthma Attacks (mice, cockroaches, dustmites)
