John Lloyd Cruz revealed the reason why he did not court on-screen partner Sarah Geronimo.
The Box Office King and the Pop Star Princess starred in the blockbuster hit, “Finally Found Someone” which is still making a wave in theaters nationwide.
Meanwhile, in an interview with PEP.ph, the 34-year-old actor revealed the reason why he did not court the 29-year-old star.

When asked what might be the reason why he did not pursue the singer, he said; “The timing… Siguro yung choices namin individually. Madaming pwedeng dahilan.”
John Lloyd Cruz has been linked with numerous lady in showbiz including Shaina Magdayao, Ruffa Gutierrez, Kaye Abad, Angelica Panganiban, Ciarra Sotto, and Liz Uy.
On the other hand, Sarah Geronimo’s love life blossom with her relationship with actor Matteo Guidicelli.
In a press conference, John Lloyd Cruz and Sarah Geronimo gave a message to their respective partners in the future.
“Sana maging patient ka sa akin. Ako kasi late bloomer talaga ako. Kahit 29 na ako, parang nasa early 20s pa rin ako, teenager pa nga yata. I can’t wait spending the rest of my life loving you. Sana maging patient ka sa akin. Sana ikaw yung sobrang lawak ng pag-iintindi mo, pagpapasensiya mo, at ng pagmamahal mo sa akin. Sana i-multiply mo pa ang pagmamahal ko sa ‘yokasi mahihirapan ka,” she said as warning to future husband.
“Dear future wife, sana pasensiyosa ka. Be patient with me. I can’t wait to see the world through your eyes. Sasabihin ko sa kanya something like that, para marinig ko yung ‘awww’ sa dulo,” John Lloyd Cruz for his part said.
Meanwhile, romantic comedy film Finally Found Someone mark as the reunion movie of Sarah Geronimo and John Lloyd Cruz after their 3 movies together: A Very Special Love in 2008, You Changed My Life in 2009 and It Takes a Man and a Woman in 2013.
