Alleged fake employees of telecommunications company, Globe, gained netizens ire in social media over purported modus.
A certain Jeraline Martin took to social networking site, Facebook where she shared the asserted “modus” of so-called employees of Globe.
In a series of photos shared by Trending Newsfeed Info over the reported incident, she was in their gruel shop when the two self-proclaimed employees Globe asked her for their bill payment. When in fact, her due date is yet to come.
She also noted that the company will inform her with regards to her bill payment via an email.
Jeraline Martin said that she was forced by the two, one wearing a white Globe t-shirt and the other wearing a black jacket and sporting a helmet to give her payment and if she won’t abide, her WiFi router will be confiscated.
One of them even borrowed the cellphone of Jeraline. After that, she noticed something unusual on the actions of the two. The guy in helmet picked his phone as if talking to someone on the other line and threatened to block her account unless they’re going to give their payment.
Fortunately, Jeraline was able to capture a photo of them. The two immediately left the place by the time her uncle arrived.
She also noted that the vehicle used by the two is not accompanied with a plate number.
On the other hand, she gave warning to those subscribers that they must only pay to payment centers or Globe outlets.
Meanwhile, the alleged modus is now making rounds online and it has generated various reactions from the netizens.
