Kapamilya actress and content creator Ivana Alawi shared the reason she was forced to let go of her skincare business, which they had previously managed as a family-owned venture.
Ivana has come a long way since she started her career in showbiz. From doing small appearances, she found her niche in content creation.
She is among the most followed celebrities of this generation. Her social media pages have millions of followers. With her online success, doors of opportunities in showbiz open for her.

Ivana Alawi received leading lady roles. Her most recent acting project is the series Love Is Never Gone with Kapamilya actor Joshua Garcia. Their series is set to be released in May.
Following the rise of her status in showbiz and in the online community, her financial status also rose. Eventually, she ventured into businesses. There was a time when she established a skincare business with her family.
However, the actress revealed that she decided to stop this. She revealed this in a recent vlog that she released.

Ivana recounted that even though the business was successful and profitable, it reached a point where she could no longer handle the burden of operations and daily work.
“Sobrang mahal na mahal ko yung brand ko… pero pagod na pagod ako, hindi ko na kaya,” she shared. She also shared that they used to run the business together as a family, but later the situation changed so that the responsibility became heavier for her.
Ivana added that although she has left the direct management of the skincare brand, she still remains proud of it because it was successful and generated ROI.
For now, Ivana Alawi has chosen to focus on a more manageable business like rental properties to reduce stress and pressure on their family.
