Elias J TV Proves He is More Than a Performer w/ his Encantadia Appearance
ELIAS J TV – Known for his viral dance moves, Elias J TV is now stepping into a completely different spotlight as he takes on his first acting role.
For the first time in his career, popular musician Elias J TV is stepping into the world of acting, taking on a new challenge in the Kapuso action-fantasy series Encantadia Chronicles Sang’gre.
Known for his viral performances and signature dance moves, Elias is set to showcase not only his musical talent but also his acting skills in the highly anticipated show. Adding a personal touch to his role, he will portray a character named Elias, making the experience even more meaningful for the singer.
In an interview with 24 Oras, the artist expressed his excitement and gratitude for the unexpected opportunity. “Hindi ko inaasahan na mag-guesting ako dito kaya ngayon proud na proud po ako sa sarili ko at naimbitahan nila ako,” he shared.
Elias also highlighted how important it is for him to stay true to his roots, even as he enters a new field. “Proud pa rin ako at dinadala ko rin ‘yung lenggwahe namin galing ng Mindanao,” he added, emphasizing his pride in representing his culture.
Despite his confidence as a performer, Elias admitted that acting came with its own set of challenges. Being his first time in front of the camera as an actor, he felt nervous and tense during the initial days of taping. However, he gradually adapted to the demands of the craft. “Habang tumatagal nasasanay na rin. Okay lang naman ‘yung pagsalita ng Tagalog, ‘yung expression lang ng mukha kung paano gagawin. Tinutulungan nila ako para maitawid lang din,” he explained.
His co-stars, Jon Lucas and Prince Clemente, also shared positive feedback about working with him. Jon said, “We’re working with Elias ngayon at natutuwa ako. Siyempre na-excite ako na makita siya at makasama.
“Kasi sa totoo lang, kahit ako, mahilig tayo sa social media ngayon, so nakikita natin ‘yung mga clips niya, ‘yung mga videos niya,” he added.
Meanwhile, Prince praised Elias for his dedication and natural talent. “Tsaka for a first-timer na mag-act sa isang teleserye, magaling siya kasi ‘yung lines na-memorize niya lahat. ‘Yung emotions din nandoon.”
With his determination and passion, Elias J TV is proving that he is more than just a musician, as he confidently takes on a new spotlight in the acting scene.
