Miss Grand International 2025 Emma Tiglao brought to social media her complaint against a rude waiter at Crabs N Crack Seafood House.

In Emma’s Facebook post, she ranted against a waiter for commenting “ang kapal ng mukha” while waiting for their remaining food items to be packed. Prior to this, the beauty queen said that they approached the staff, informing them that there was a mix-up in their order.

She said that the staff acknowledged the mistake and compensated by giving the exact flavor they originally ordered. However, Emma did not like the fact that a waiter rudely stated something behind her, with an apparent intention to make her hear that.

Following Emma Tiglao’s viral post about a recent dining experience, Crabs N Crack has issued an official apology to the beauty queen and entrepreneur, as well as to her family.

The restaurant’s management expressed deep regret over the incident at their Infinity branch, stating that the behavior described does not align with their brand’s values of hospitality and respect.

We sincerely apologize to Ms. Emma Tiglao and her family for the experience they had during their recent visit to our Infinity branch,” the restaurant’s management stated.

The Management immediately investigated the matter upon learning of Tiglao’s post. The specific employee involved has been addressed. The statement also said that restaurant is intensifying its training to ensure all team members consistently practice professionalism and courtesy.
