Mommy Dionisia Pacquiao could not help but react to the noticeable transformation of her grandson, Michael Pacquiao, during a recent family visit that quickly caught the attention of netizens.
The heartwarming moment happened when Michael paid a visit to his grandmother along with his girlfriend and stylist, Joyce Tan Custodio. The visit was shared in a Facebook video posted by Michael Yamson, Mommy Dionisia’s longtime boyfriend. The clip showed a cheerful bonding moment between the celebrity mom and her grandson inside her home.
At the start of the video, Mommy Dionisia appeared genuinely surprised upon seeing Michael. The young Pacquiao has recently been the subject of online discussions due to rumors that he allegedly underwent a nose enhancement procedure.

Michael is the second son of boxing icon Manny Pacquiao and Jinkee Pacquiao. Aside from discussions about his rumored cosmetic procedure, he also recently made headlines after some netizens commented on the alleged significant age difference between him and Joyce.
