Zeinab Harake Breaks Her Silence… Is a Baby on the Way?
ZEINAB HARAKE – The viral rumor sparked online buzz, but Zeinab was quick to set the record straight.
Digital personality Zeinab Harake captured public attention after her guest appearance on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda, where she addressed ongoing rumors surrounding a possible pregnancy. The speculation emerged following her engagement and recent wedding to professional basketball player Ray Parks Jr.
During the televised interview, Boy Abunda asked the question directly: “Zeinab, are you pregnant?” Zeinab responded with a laugh, saying, “No! Saan galing ‘yan?” Seated next to her husband, she casually dismissed the false claims.
Having gotten engaged in 2024 and officially married this June, the couple also took a moment to share the promises they made during their wedding. Zeinab expressed her devotion, saying, “Promise ko sa kaniya is, forever akong magiging great wife and mom sa aming future kids at sa aming dalawang anak.” Ray, in turn, shared his commitment, stating, “Nangangako ako na mamahalin kita to the ups and to the downs and parati kitang susuportahan, and will always have your back. At hinding-hindi ka matatakot na may gawin akong kalokohan. I will remain faithful.”
Their romantic journey started as a friendship and grew into something deeper by their third meeting. “Nagkaroon na ng intimacy kumbaga sa third. Kaya na-consider po namin na date talaga,” Ray recalled. Zeinab added her perspective, saying, “Pero, bebe ko pa lang siya… Pakilig lang ako… Pero, hindi ko naman alam na itu-twist pala ni God ‘yung story.”
Ray’s determination to pursue her was evident when he made time to see her in Japan, where he plays in the B. League. “Ako ‘yung nangungulit, ako ‘yung nanggugulo sa kaniya,” he admitted. Zeinab, however, was initially hesitant. “Takot lang din ako kasi basketball player… Pero pinatunayan naman po niyang wala.”
Despite her initial reservations, Ray’s genuine intentions won her heart. “Hindi ko po talaga tinigilan… na-love po talaga ako sa puso niya,” he shared. His admiration for her was clear from the start: “For me, the first time I met her, sinabi ko, she handled herself with so much grace and class.”
Their wedding took place in Tagaytay on June 1, where Zeinab’s son Lucas took on the role of ring bearer, and her daughter Bia served as the flower girl, making the ceremony a touching family celebration.
