Carmi Martin had this experience with a co-star
Veteran actress Carmi Martin revealed what she did to a fellow actress who was always late.
Carmi has spent many years in the entertainment industry and worked with a lot of celebrities in the entertainment industry. Throughout the years, she has done a lot of projects already.
In a recent interview, based on the article in Bandera, Carmi was asked about her experience with a “pasaway” co-star.
“Meron lang naman akong inaway. Ha-hahaha! Hindi ko na maalala (kung sino siya). Babae. Consistent siyang late! E, one time, may nagpainom sa akin ng kape, pampapayat daw. E, ang effect, pampainit pala ng ulo!” Carmi Martin shared.
She said that this happened in a taping for a TV version of the fantasy-adventure Lastikman that featured It’s Showtime host Vhong Navarro as the lead star in 2008.
Carmi said when that actress arrived on set, her bad mood was directed to that actress who did not say sorry for being late. The veteran actress asked her co-star why she was always late and that everyone was waiting for her.
Carmi shared that it was supposed to be the road manager of her co-actress who should be informed about the schedule of their shoot which became a conflict with the other schedules.
The veteran actress stressed that her co-star who was always late never apologized. However, that actress arrived on set on time after Carmi reprimanded her. “Kasi ako kapag nale-late, kapag hindi pa ako dumadating, tine-text ko yung co-actor ko na sasabihin ko, ‘Naku pasensiya na!’” Carmi Martin said.
Carmi’s most recent movie project is Isang Komedya sa Langit with Jaime Fabregas, EA Guzman, Gene Padilla, and John Medina. This is directed by Roi Paolo Calilong under Kapitana Entertainment Media. The movie will be released in cinemas on May 28.
