Sue Ramirez changed her perspective when it comes to the concept of TOTGA
Actress Sue Ramirez said that she no longer believes in TOTGA or “The One That Got Away” and here’s her reason behind this.
Sue’s love life is quite an open book. Currently, she is dating actor-entrepreneur Dominic Roque. In a recent interview, she mentioned that her heart is happy and she and Dominic are enjoying each other’s company.
The actress also opened up about their viral kissing video taken in Siargao. She revealed that at that time, she and Dominic were already in the talking stage. Sue said that since she was drunk at that time, she kissed Dominic because he looked handsome.
In an interview for her new movie In Between, she talked about her change of heart when it comes to the concept of TOTGA.
“Ako dati, naniniwala ako sa TOTGA. Recently, pinag-isipan ko, is there such a thing?” Ramirez said. “Parang isn’t it, we are here because we are meant for something? It is an experience eh. You learn from it. But if you live with no regrets, walang TOTGA. Recently ko lang na-realize, hindi pala ako naniniwala,” the actress said.
When asked if she believes in having “The One” in her life, the actress said that she can’t really know because, for her, love is a commitment and it is more than just “destiny.”
“Walang perfect na tao, hindi lahat ng ideals makikita natin sa isang person at ma-a-achieve. Pipiliin mo ’yung taong gusto mong mahalin,” Sue said. For her, love is a choice. She stressed that choosing to love someone is still loving that person despite that mistakes, and his or her past.
When it comes to her relationship with Dominic Roque, Sue Ramirez said that they are just happy and do not feel pressured at all. They enjoy having their adventures together. She added that one of their foundations is having the same interests.
