Kobe Paras has this answer to Lolit Solis when she talked about Kyline Alcantara
Veteran showbiz writer Lolit Solis “confirmed” the relationship between Kapuso actress Kyline Alcantara and basketball player Kobe Paras.
Rumors linking Kyline and Kobe started circulating after their “matching” restaurant photos that they shared on their Instagram pages. Eventually, the actress confirmed that those photos were indeed taken during her date night with the basketball player.
From that, the rumored couple has been spotted together but when they were asked about the real score between them, they would just say that what people see is what they get and they cite the famous celebrity answer “We’re just friends.”
However, based on the article in PEP, Lolit Solis shared an incident that happened just recently which appeared to be “confirming” Kyline Alcantara and Kobe Paras’s relationship.
Lolit and actor Benjie Paras, one of the celebrities she is managing, attended the Ultra Mega Expo 2024 last October 5 at the Okada Manila. Kobe was with his father and when Lolit saw the basketball player, her being straightforward and tactless at times emerged.
She told Kobe that he should be linked to someone on the same level as Megastar Sharon Cuneta and Queen of all Media Kris Aquino, and not Kyline. It was said that after Kobe heard this comment from Lolit, his facial expression suddenly changed.
Then, the basketball player somewhat said to Lolit, “You don’t say that to my girlfriend.” After that, Kobe turned his back on his father’s talent manager. Lolit said she was not affected by Kobe’s reaction to what she said as she stressed that she was just being truthful.
“Naloka ako, day! Hindi na niya ako binati pagkatapos nun. Hanggang sa umalis sila, hindi na niya ako binati, dedma na siya! Irita siya talaga!” Lolit enthused. For her, Kobe is really in love, and even more in love, than what Kyline feels.
Benjie apologized to Lolit for his son’s reactions. He also said that Kobe is still not used to the jokes inside showbiz and he was not yet at ease with how Lolit would express her thoughts at times.
