Glimpse of Dolly De Leon’s Role in the Hollywood Movie “Jackpot!”
DOLLY DE LEON – Internationally-acclaimed actress Dolly de Leon gave a glimpse of her character in Hollywood movie ‘Jackpot.’
Dolly De Leon’s name started to make noise when she starred in the international film ‘Triangle of Sadness.’ Here she played a cruise ship cleaner named Abigail.
Her excellent performance here was recognized at the prestigious Golden Globe Awards and British Academy Film Awards (BAFTA) when she was nominated as Best Supporting Actress.
Dolly de Leon stars in the newly released Hollywood film, “Jackpot!” The internationally acclaimed actress took to Instagram to share two stills from the movie, one of which shows her character holding a giant check, indicating she’s the grand lottery winner.
In another post, Dolly revealed the film’s poster, featuring artwork of her character. She mentioned that “Jackpot!” is the first film she shot in the U.S.
Dolly expressed how surreal it was to work with Paul Feig, the director of her all-time favorite comedy, “Bridesmaids.” Feig responded to her post, saying, “We love you, Dolly! Thank you so much for lending your amazing talents to our fun little film. You’re the best.”
Dolly de Leon also mentioned how thrilling it was to work with Sean William Scott, someone she had previously only watched in movies, adding that she had a great time on set with him and the entire crew.
The veteran actress concluded her post with, “Not to mention Sean William Scott whom I would only watch in movies, I got to have the best fun with on set! And what a great crew we had too.”
