Mark Alcala was asked about being a rumored suitor of Kathryn Bernardo
Lucena Mayor Mark Alcala chose not to respond when asked about the rumors that he is courting Asia’s Superstar Kathryn Bernardo.
From the time when Kathryn confirmed the breakup between her and her longtime onscreen and real-life partner Supreme Idol Daniel Padilla, several male personalities were rumored to be her new suitors.
It was previously rumored that her Hello, Love, Again leading man Alden Richards started pursuing her. Rumors also surfaced that A-list actor Jericho Rosales courted her and just recently, Mayor Mark’s name surfaced as Kathryn’s new suitor.
In a recent episode of Showbiz Update, the YouTube showbiz talk show of Ogie Diaz, the talent manager-vlogger shared that he personally asked Mayor Mark Alcala if it is true that he is courting Kathryn Bernardo.
However, the Mayor did not respond to the question. “Walang sinabi. Dedma,” Ogie said. The talent manager-vlogger shared that at first, he told the mayor that he was just ignoring the question.
Mayor Mark apologized for that and shared that he was busy preparing for his SOCA or the State of the City Address the following day.
Then, Ogie once again asks the public servant if it is true that he is Kathryn’s suitor. Mayor Mark did not answer. “Hindi siya sumagot. So, sabi ko: ‘True nga na nanliligaw ka Mayor kay Kathryn?’ Hindi pa rin sumagot,” the talent manager-vlogger shared.
Meanwhile, Kathryn Bernardo is currently filming her new movie with Alden Richards in Canada. It is the sequel to their 2019 blockbuster hit Hello, Love, Goodbye which was mostly shot in Hong Kong.
While filming for the movie, Pinoy fans in Canada had the chance to have a photo opportunity with Kathryn and Alden. This brought happiness to KathDen fans who wanted to have a glimpse of them on the set of their movie.
