Ogie Diaz related a story about a victim of abuse
Talent manager-vlogger Ogie Diaz shared an intriguing post amid the circulation of a blind item about a newbie actor who was allegedly abused by two gay men.
Ogie shared a cryptic post on his Instagram Story on July 30. He was insisting that justice should be served after what happened. Prior to this, a blind item on X, formerly Twitter, was posted by a showbiz page. It was about a newbie actor who allegedly experienced harassment from two gay men after the GMA Gala 2024.
Based on the blind item, the father of the newbie actor already hired a lawyer to file a complaint against the gays. In the comment section, netizens tagged Ogie, apparently asking him to provide more details about the rumors.
After that, Ogie Diaz shared another cryptic post which was apparently about a recent issue in showbiz. He said that what the victim has experienced was like reading the Xerex in Abante before. It was an adult column of Abante Tabloid.
However, he stressed that the premise was that the victim was begging the harassers not to do that thing to him. Ogie also said that because of what happened, the mental state of the victim was compromised.
“Kaya madalas mag-breakdown,” Ogie said in his post. The talent manager-vlogger, who is also a popular showbiz insider, did not mention any name in his post.
Amid the recent issue that allegedly happened after the GMA Gala, the Kapuso network released a statement. The network stated that it has not received yet a complaint from the victim’s camp. However, GMA stressed that it is ready to conduct a thorough and fair investigation, once the complaint is filed.
“We assure the public that GMA Network takes such matters with utmost seriousness,” the Kapuso network stated.
