The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the official results of the April 2016 Criminologist Board Exam on May 17, 2016 or after 11 working days from the last day of the board exam. According to PRC’s announcement a total of 3,928 out of 16,435 passed the Criminologist Licensure Examination.
Aside from the official list of passers, the PRC also released the list of Top Performing and Performance of Schools in the recently concluded licensure examination.
Based upon the results released by the PRC, the University of the Cordilleras (UC) topped the list of schools in the official results of the Top Performing Schools with a total of 105 out of 107 examiness or 98.13-percent passing rate. UC is followed by the Lipa City Colleges and University of Baguio (UB) that ranked second and third respectively, 91.94 and 82.43-percent.
List of Top Performing Schools:
The Criminologist Board Exam given by the Board of Criminology in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga last April 2016.
The members of the Board of Criminology who gave the licensure examination are Hon. Ramil G. Gabao, Chairman; Hon. George O. Fernandez and Hon. Ruben A. Sta. Teresa, Members.
Starting May 23-25, 2016, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration. Those who will register are required to bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, 2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete name tag) and 2 sets of documentary stamps. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination will be announced later according to the PRC’s announcement.
