Veteran model and actress Georgina Wilson tied the know with her British fiancé, Arthur Burnand, on Saturday in a church wedding ceremony held at the St Peter’s Parish in Winchester, England. Some of the country’s most beautiful Filipinas and close friends of the couple shared the wedding photos of the celebrity celebrant on their respective social media account.
On Instagram the hashtaga #TheBurnands dominated the Twitter trending topics among celebrities in the Philippines. Georgina Wilson’s closest friend that includes actress Solenn Heussaff, Kapamilya star Anne Curtis, fashion designer Rajo Laurel, and socialite Tim Yap posted some of the wedding photos of Georgina and Athur.
Isabelle Daza, Liz Uy, Laureen Uy, Jasmine Curtis-Smith, BJ Pascual, and Bea Soriano were also at the wedding. The 30-year-old Georgina Wilson wore a wedding gown designed by Filipino designer Monique Lhuillier.
It is believed that Wilson, who is also half-British, had been engaged to Burnand early this year. Before Burnand, Wilson was romantically linked with Borgy Manotoc, the son of Ilocos governor Imee Marcos.
Aside from being a product endorser, the newly-married celebrity also worked as a model, television host and VJ. In 2015, Wilson hosted the third cycle of the reality show, Asia’s Next Top Model.
She is the niece of former Miss Universe Gloria Diaz, and the cousin of her daughter, actress, model and host Isabelle Daza.
