The IIIF150 B2 Ultra was announced in the third quarter of 2023. The rugged smartphone is powered by a 15000 mAh Li-Ion battery (non-removable). It is available in two colors: Obsidian Black and Frost White.

The dimension of the device is 176.40 x 81.80 x 19.90 mm and weighs 465.00 grams. It comes with a screen size of 6.78 inches IPS TFT capacitive touchscreen display resolution of 1080 x 2460 pixels. It has the Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
Platform:
The smartphone is powered by MediaTek Helio G99 MT6789 Octa-core processor coupled with ARM Mali-G57 MC2 graphics processing unit (GPU). It runs on the Android 13 operating system. It is packed with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The storage option can be expanded up to 2TB using an extra memory card via a dedicated card slot.
