The TCL 406s was released on July 6, 2023. The smartphone is kept on by a 5000 mAh Li-Po built-in battery + 5V/2A Charger (10W). It is available in two colors: Gravity Grey, and Midnight Blue.
Body & Display:
The dimension of the smartphone is 164.66 x 75.4 x 8.99 mm and weighs 190 grams. It comes with a screen size of 6.6 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels.
Platform:
406s is powered by MediaTek Helio G25 (12 nm) Octa-core processor while the graphics processing unit (GPU) is PowerVR GE8320 GPU. It runs on the Android 13 operating system. It is packed with 3 GB and 4 GB RAM options while the internal storage has 32 GB and 64 GB options. The storage option can be expanded up to 256GB using an extra memory card via a dedicated card slot.
Main Camera:
TCL 406s sports a dual-camera setup at the back comprising of a 13-megapixel + 2-megapixel sensor. It features autofocus, continuous shooting, digital zoom, and Dual LED Flash.
Selfie Camera:
On the front, the phone features an 8-megapixel camera for clicking beautiful selfies and making video calls. It features FaceID.
Sensors on the smartphone include fingerprint (side-mounted), and accelerometer. It also features USB Type-C 2.0, OTG, Bluetooth 5.1, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, and FM radio.
