Camille Prats talked about her showbiz journey
Kapuso star Camille Prats said that she is so happy now with the status of her career in the entertainment industry.
Camille started her showbiz career at a young age. She was one of the most popular child stars in the 90s. She did iconic roles when she was young such as Princess Sarah and even though several decades have passed, people still associate her with the said character.
During her teenage years, she was able to have that smooth transition from being a child star to a more mature actress.
Eventually, Camille Prats also ventured into hosting while still doing some acting stints. In a recent episode of Luis Listens, the interview vlog of Kapamilya actor-host Luis Manzano, the Kapuso star talked about her career.
With all she has done in her career, Luis asked Camille if she still wants to achieve more. The actress had an honest answer to this. “You know to be honest, Luis. Sobrang happy na ako at sobra din akong grateful na nabibigyan pa rin ako ng projects,” she said.
Camille also said that she is just doing the things that she really loves to do and she is thankful that she still has projects until now.
“Kasi for a time, nawala ako sa acting, napunta ako sa hosting and I really loved it. Ang sarap makipag-usap, ang dami mong natututunan, ‘di ba, and at the same time parang you just meet different kinds of people and it’s teach you how to be flexible,” she said.
The actress shared that she really misses acting and she did not realize this until she went back to doing acting projects. However, Camille Prats said that the only thing she did not miss about acting is, “Yong hirap, ‘yong pagod, I mean ‘yon naman ‘yong laging kapalit noon eh. ‘Yong puyat, syempre ‘yong pagme-memorize, ‘yong emotion.”
