Janine Gutierrez talked about a special person in her life
Kapamilya actress Janine Gutierrez revealed the reason why she joined the entertainment industry and this is because of a special person in her life.
Janine is one of the in-demand actresses right now who is from a prominent showbiz clan. Her parents Lotlot de Leon and Monching Gutierrez were among the most popular love teams of their generation.
For some people, it is quite expected that showbiz babies will also follow in the footsteps of their parents in the entertainment industry.
However, in Janine Gutierrez’s part, there is a big factor that made her decide to join showbiz. In a recent interview on Magandang Buhay, the actress said that the major reason for her decision to be an actress was her Yaya Pat.
Janine was surprised that her nanny surprised her on the set of the Kapamilya morning talk show. Even before the actress was born, Yaya Pat was already serving her family. She shared that Yaya Pat decided to stick with them even though there were difficult times.
Then, the actress revealed that it was actually Yaya Pat’s situation that made her decide to be in showbiz.
“Actually mahiyain talaga ako. Hindi ko naman inisip na mag-aartista ako, pero nung college ako, si Yaya ay nagkasakit. Tapos parang hindi ako makatulong. So sabi ko sa mommy ko, ‘Ma, gusto ko na mag-artista para may panggamot si Yaya,’” Janine revealed, adding that Yaya Pat is a cancer survivor.
Yaya Pat shared that when the doctor told her that she had cancer, she did not cry. After that, realizing what will be the situation of her “alaga” because she was sick, made her cry. She also shared that Janine is a sweet girl, as well as the siblings of the actress.
“Tuwing pagdating galing school, kahit hindi ko birthday, pag-gising [sabi niya] ‘I love you, Yaya. You’re the best yaya in the world,’ lahat sila,” Janine Gutierrez’s Yaya Pat shared.
