Katrina Halili talked about the real score between her and Kris Lawrence
Kapuso actress Katrina Halili recently updated fans on her relationship status with RnB singer Kris Lawrence.
Responding to Facebook comments, the Kamao actress explained that they prefer to keep certain aspects of their relationship private to truly appreciate and treasure them.
“May mga nababasa akong messages at emails tungkol sa amin ni Mr. B, kaya gusto ko lang sabihin ito,” Katrina said.
She admitted she isn’t naturally affectionate, noting that people sometimes misunderstand her humor and interactions with Kris.
“Mahiyain din ako pagdating sa mga ganitong bagay, kaya minsan sa pang-aasar, pagpapatawa o pagme-make-face ko lumalabas yung pagiging awkward ko,” the Kapuso actress shared.
Katrina stressed that what people see on social media is just a small portion of their lives, and this should not be the basis for others to judge.
The Kapuso star mentioned that although she enjoys sharing certain relationship milestones with her fans, she and her partner value keeping other moments private. She added that they prefer to cherish those memories quietly, emphasizing that everything happens in its own right time.
“Hindi naman lahat ng plano kailangang i-announce,” she stressed. She thanked her protective fans for watching out for her after they asked about her relationship with Kris.
However, she told her fans that she respects and cares for Kris, and it is just that every person has a different way of showing affection.
“Kaya enjoy lang tayo sa journey. Huwag masyadong magalit sa akin. At magmadali. Malay n’yo, marami pa kayong hindi alam. Love lang tayo, mga MyLabs!” Katrina Halili said.
To recall, during the actress’s June appearance on the Kapuso afternoon talk show Fast Talk With Boy Abunda, she revealed that Kris is officially courting her again.
The former couple, who share a daughter born in 2012 named Katie, parted ways in 2014 but have since maintained a successful co-parenting relationship.
