Julia Montes and Coco Martin guested on Gary Valenciano’s podcast
Kapamilya actress Julia Montes was asked to describe her partner, Kapamilya Primetime King Coco Martin sa a “father.”
Julia and Coco have become more open about their relationship over the past few years. For many years, there had been rumors about their relationship. Finally, in 2023, Coco confirmed their relationship, and at that time, he said that they had been together for 12 years already.
From that, they became more open in talking about their relationship, and they became more visible publicly.
The couple has a new series, Sigabo, and their fans are very happy for their onscreen reunion.
Coco Martin and Julia Montes guested in the recent episode of Unshaken, the podcast hosted by Gary Valenciano. During the interview, Mr. Pure Energy asked Julia to describe Coco as an actor, director, producer, husband, and father.
Apparently, Gary has no idea yet that the couple has not yet confirmed the rumor that they have a child. When Gary said that, there was no sign from the couple that they opposed.
Anyway, Julia answered the question in general. “Ang hirap po siya i-describe in two words or kahit nga one word, per sa lahat na lang po, ige-general ko – selfless,” the actress said.
Julia added that Coco’s desires are not for himself but for everyone. And this is probably the reason why the Lord is blessing the actor.
“More than anything, last lagi ‘yung sarili niya,” the actress said. Julia also revealed that Coco had a hard time firing the cast from the show because she didn’t want anyone to lose their jobs.
“May mga kailangan nang tanggalin sa soap, pero dahil ang priority niya ‘yung status ng tao sa buhay at kailangan ‘yung trabaho, gagawan niya ng paraan ‘yan. Siyempre, hindi na nalalaman ng mga tao ‘yon,” she said.
Julia Montes also said that Coco Martin does not give importance to himself that much because he is thinking about the welfare of all, as he is happy that everyone around him is happy.
