Chavit Singson caught the attention of the online community due to this video
Businessman-politician Chavit Singson was spotted with a young woman, and this created speculation about their relationship.
Singson is a prominent Filipino businessman and veteran politician, widely known as the “political kingpin” of Ilocos Sur.
From being a councilor of Vigan, he laddered his way to a provincial position, serving as governor of Ilocos Sur for several terms. Years ago, he also served as a representative of the 1st District of the said province.
Just recently, his name was entangled in political issues because of his fiery statements against President Bongbong Marcos. Aside from political issues, Chavit Singson also had some controversial issues involving some showbiz personalities.
He was linked to actresses Yen Santos and Jillian Ward. Both actresses denied the allegation, and the businessman-politician also denied the rumored romantic connection he had with these celebrities.
A video surfaced on Reddit showing that Singhson was with a young woman. This was shared by netizen @opinionatedwreck under r/AnongThoughtsMo. “Anong thoughts mo sa bagong babae ni Gov?” the netizen wrote in the caption of the post.
It can be seen in the video that Singson was sitting beside the young woman, and it can even be noticed that they were wearing the same color for their outfits.
Apparently, the businessman-politician and the young woman were holding each other’s hands under the table. The person who took the video also showed other people sitting around the same table. No other details were shared about this.
A Facebook post by netizen Gen Coligo showed that Chavit Singson was at the Ralph’s Wines & Spirits in Makati City. It can be noticed that the young woman was also sitting beside him. As of this writing, the businessman-politician has not yet spoken about this matter.
