Janine Gutierrez continues to amaze her fans and followers with the projects she does. Just recently, she officially signed a contract with Star Magic, the talent management company of ABS-CBN.
With this, she is expected to do more exciting projects in the future. During a recent interview on the Oh My Gan podcast, Janine shared a glimpse of her personal life.
She is now 36 years old, and she knows what it was like being in her “adulting phase.” Living alone brought her both joys and challenges.
However, her experiences helped her to become more responsible, self-aware, and comfortable being by herself. The actress had moved out of her family several years ago already, but transferring to a new condo last year felt like she was starting a new chapter in her life.
One of the things that Janine enjoys about living alone is building her home with her signature. She enjoys filling her humble abode with the things she likes.
“Sabi kasi nila that it’s better to slowly build your home with your travels, sa mga bagay na makahulugan para sa’yo, para it grows with you,” the Kapamilya actress said.
Talking about the biggest lessons she learned from living alone is getting used to doing things on her own and being an expert in everyday life skills that many people take for granted. She has learned how to do laundry, cook, and take care of bills on her own.
“Kapag happy ka sa ikaw lang, parang mas nagiging conscious ka din sa kung sino ang bibigyan mo ng oras mo,” Janine Gutierrez said.
