Actress Sarah Lahbati is reportedly planning to invest in a luxurious apartment in Paris worth around ₱348 million, following her appearance on the Netflix reality series The Parisian Agency Exclusive Properties.
In a recent episode of the show, Sarah was seen exploring high-end properties with host Valentin Kretz. Impressively, the actress conversed with him in French as they discussed potential options that could match her vision and lifestyle. Her budget for the property is estimated at €5 million, reflecting her serious intent to secure a prime residence in one of the world’s most iconic cities.
During the viewing, Valentin introduced Sarah to an elegant apartment located in the heart of Paris, ideal for occasional stays. The property spans approximately 165 square meters and features four bedrooms, including a spacious primary suite complete with a walk-in closet. The apartment’s central location and refined design make it a strong contender for Sarah’s future investment.
A major factor behind her interest in purchasing a home in Paris is her children’s future. The actress shared her aspirations, saying, “Because it’s really a dream for me. Maybe one day my kids could study here. So, hopefully that happens,” said the actress. This dream of providing her children with educational opportunities in Europe appears to be a driving force behind her plans.
Although Sarah noted that the living room of the apartment felt slightly smaller than expected, this did not diminish her enthusiasm. She remained genuinely interested in the property and even requested photos from Valentin to share with her mother and children.
“I’ve got a really good feeling about this apartment,” she said. “I’ll see you when I’m back in Paris.”
