Television host and weather anchor Kuya Kim Atienza recently shared an emotional moment on social media after posting a video of his late daughter Emman Atienza during her audition interview for Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition. The touching clip offered a glimpse of Emman’s personality, dreams, and advocacy, leaving many viewers moved by her sincerity and courage.
In the video, Emman introduced herself to the interviewer and talked about her strong desire to promote mental health awareness in the Philippines. She openly discussed how mental health support remains limited in the country and expressed her hope that she could use her voice to help bring more attention to the issue.

Emman also spoke about what kind of housemate she believed she would be if given the chance to enter the famous Bahay ni Kuya. She described herself as friendly, approachable, and someone who enjoys connecting with others. According to her, these traits could make her a positive presence inside the house. She also honestly shared that she sometimes finds it challenging to speak Tagalog fluently, but she hoped that people would appreciate her genuine personality.

Kuya Kim later revealed that the audition video had been sent to him by ABS-CBN executive Cory Vidanes during the wake of his daughter. At the time, they both agreed that the clip would only be shared publicly once the PBB Collab season had already ended.

We agreed not to post it until PBB Collab season ended.

Emman Atienza passed away at the age of 19 while staying in the United States after quietly battling mental health struggles for several years. Her passing brought deep grief to her family and supporters who followed her story.
