According to Alice, being fit at that age is still somewhat “customary,” as maintaining a toned body may not yet be as challenging compared to later stages in life. She suggested that youth naturally comes with certain physical advantages, making it easier to stay in shape.
In her recent beachside video post, Alice appeared confident and radiant, using the scenic backdrop to emphasize her message. She openly said, “I’m not impressed kapag mga fitness influencers are in their 20s,” expressing her honest perspective on the trend of young content creators showcasing their physiques online.
The actress further elaborated with humor and nostalgia, saying, “Nung 21 ako I was hot AF too. My diet was cereal, chips, and daiquiris. My workout was dancing until 3 a.m. at discos.” Through this statement, she highlighted how staying fit in one’s youth can sometimes happen effortlessly despite carefree habits.
She then threw a playful yet challenging remark: “Come back when you’re 50!” making it clear that longevity and consistency in fitness are what truly impress her.
