Sam Milby was asked about Catriona Gray’s recent interview
Kapamilya actor Sam Milby reacted to the revelation made by his ex-fiancée, Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray, regarding their breakup.
Sam proposed to Catriona in 2023. Their fans and their friends in the entertainment wished them well and expressed happiness for their relationship.
However, the following year, rumors circulated that they had broken up. There was an expectation among some people that they might get back together after their management stated they were trying to fix whatever problem they had back then.
However, eventually, it was confirmed that Sam Milby and Catriona Gray were no longer together. In a recent interview, the fourth Pinay Miss Universe revealed the reason why their engagement did not push through.
Catriona said that Sam was not yet ready to settle down. In an interview, based on the article in ABS-CBN Entertainment, the actor admitted that he was surprised by what his ex-fiancée shared about their separation.
“Was I surprised, yes,” Sam admitted. When asked for his reaction, he said, “My reaction is just I just wanna keep yung sa amin ni Cat, private. I just don’t want to comment. That’s it.”
He also said that Catriona is a private person, and that was the reason why he was surprised that she talked about this in an interview.
When asked if he is dating anybody right now, the actor said that he is not, and this is not because of having no time. He said that he has not met anybody, and he does not go out that much.
As he is enjoying now being a homeboy, Sam said that he might be on full “tito” mode. During Valentine’s Day, the actor shared that he was taking care of his sister’s kids at home.
Sam Milby also shared an update about his health, as he previously shared that he has Type 1.5 diabetes
“End of last year was not too great, my blood sugar was struggling. But good news is that this year, it was a little bit better. I’ve been more active also. I’m back in the gym two to three times a week,” he shared.
