Sharon Cuneta is now a senior citizen
Actress KC Concepcion reacted to the senior citizen card of her mother, Megastar Sharon Cuneta.
Sharon started in the entertainment industry when she was just a teenager. Over the years, her star power continues to radiate. Her longevity and success in showbiz are among the things that the yonger artists aspire to achieve.
On January 6, 2026, Sharon celebrated her 60th birthday. This meant that she is now a senior citizen. With this, just like normal Filipino citizens, she also got her senior citizen card.
In her Instagram page, the Megastar shared a photo of her senior citizen card, with important information covered. Based on her caption, Sharon Cuneta sounded excited about this.
“Heto na siya!!! (Siempre inalis ko ibang info, pero ito na Senior Card ko!!!) Hahahaha!!! Yahooo!!!” she wrote and included a bunch of emojis. Then, the actress-singer added, “AGING, MY FRIENDS, IS A PRIVILEGE!!! Thank You, Lord!“
As of this writing, Sharon’s post already reached over 28 thousand likes. In the comment section, her first daughter, KC Concepcion, shared a reaction. “Grabe! Level up na!!!” KC wrote and included a red heart emoji.
Several netizens shared their comments admiring Sharon’s face card despite the fact that she is now 60 years old. “Grabe naman ang face card na yan sa id!! super pretty mama,” a netizen commented.
Meanwhile, Sharon Cuneta considers a lot of younger celebrities as her “anak-anakan” and one of them is Asia’s Multimedia Star Alden Richards.
Last month, the Megastar shared a video of Alden greeting her for her birthday, and she really appreciated that gesture. They became close when they starred in the movie Family of Two (A Mother and Son Story) back in 2023. From that, their bond continued, and they remained close even years after their project.
