Kapamilya singer-actress Angeline Quinto recalled her experience working with actor Paulo Avelino.
Angeline ventured into acting after establishing her music career. Over the years, she already featured in several movies and teleseryes, while still doing shows and concerts.
In a recent interview with comedian Chad Kinis, Angeline recalled the time when she first worked with Paulo. It was in the TV series Kahit Konting Pagtingin back in 2013. That was a long time ago, but the singer-actress still remembered that time.
Angeline Quinto described Paulo Avelino, and it was highlighted that the actor is really a kind person, based on the article in Abante.
Chad Kinis asked the singer-actress which among her leading men or actors she worked with was the nicest. “Mas naka-work ko kasi si Paulo, so siya ‘yung mas sweet at mabait sa akin,” she shared.
Angeline said that when she had the chance to work with Paulo again in the series What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim. In the series, she played the secretary of Paulo’s character. Angeline said that Paulo was still the nice person she worked with years ago.
“Lalo noong time na nagbuntis ako kay Sylvia, lahat nang kini-crave ko sa set namin, pinapadala niya sa akin. Ganun siya ka-sweet sa akin. Ganun siya ka-sweet na tao, na ‘oh gusto ni Angge ng ice cream, gusto niya ube’. Ganun siya! Si Paulo talaga!” sabi ni Angeline, na pinakamabait nga raw sa lahat,” she shared.
Then, Chad asked Angeline a hypothetical question: who among her leading men she would catch if they fell from the roof.
The singer-actress had an intriguing answer, as she mentioned Kapamilya actress Kim Chiu, who is now being linked to Paulo Avelino. “Unang-una si Paulo Avelino, kayang-kaya na saluhin ni Kim Chiu ‘yan!” Angeline Quinto shared.
Meanwhile, Angeline Quinto received an appreciation message from actress Kiray Celis last December. It was because the Kapamilya singer-actress sang Kiray’s wedding song Till I Met You. Kiray tied the knot with her husband, Stephan Estopia, on December 13, 2025.
