Alden Richards and Sharon Cuneta maintained their closeness
Megstar Sharon Cuneta showed appreciation for what Asia’s Multimedia Star Alden Richards did for her.
Sharon and Alden became close after they worked together in the movie Family of Two in 2023. The Megastar is known for being passionate when it comes to her connection with the people she works with.
She is also known for her generosity. Alden also possesses the same trait. His generosity not only extends to his fellow celebrities, but most especially to the people in need, like his scholarship programs.
It was easy for Sharon Cuneta and Alden Richards to connect. The Megastar treats the actor like her son. She celebrated her 60th birthday last January 6.
In one of her recent Instagram posts, she shared a video in which Alden greeted her for her birthday. “No–my other handsome, astig and sikat son, my beloved @aldenrichards02 did not forget his Mama on her birthday,” Sharon wrote.
She also expressed how proud she is of the actor. “Love you and am sooo proud of you, anak! Thank you for loving me always. Mama Ten thank you too! I miss you both so much!” she said, and added, “Happy birthday also my son though I greeted you na!” Alden Richards celebrated his birthday last January 2.
In the video, Alden calls her “ma.” He thanked Sharon for the message he received during his fanmeet. The actor also hoped to spend time with Sharon over dinner.
Meanwhile, a birthday celebration was held for Sharon Cuneta. Her closest friends in the entertainment industry greeted her. One of them was soap opera queen Judy Ann Santos. They worked together in the movie Magkapatid in 2002.
From that, their bond became stronger, and they began considering each other as sisters. Judy Ann expressed a promise for Sharon, saying that she would always be there for her “ate” or big sister.
