John Feir talked about the recent real-life bloopers that happened to him
Kapuso comedian John Feir narrated what happened when he accidentally attended a stranger’s wedding last January 3.
John is known as Patrick in the longest-running sitcom Pepito Manaloto. For many years, viewers enjoyed the humor that John’s characer have in the sitcom featuring seasoned comedian Michael V as Pepito.
Just recently, a funny incident happened to John. His co-star Mikoy Morales, who portrays Roxy in the sitcom, shared a post on Facebook saying that John attended the wrong wedding.
Mikoy was set to marry his non-showbiz partner in March. However, John Feir thought that it was on January 3, which was the date the guests were told to confirm their attendance.
Mikoy interviewed John in a recent episode of YouLOL Access. The latter narrated what happened. On the morning of January 3, John said that he played golf, and at noon, he was invited to eat lunch, but he said he wouldn’t eat because he would attend Mikoy’s wedding.
“Nag-ano pa sila, ‘best wishes paki sabi ha.’ Pag-uwi ko sa bahay wala pa, hindi pa plantsado, pinalantsa ko ‘yung Barong. Pinalantsa ko ‘yung slacks, nagpagupit pa ako Mikoy. Nag-ahit pa ako, matagal walang taping e. Linis-linis. Pero the day before tinawagan ko si Direk Ronnie,” the comedian shared.
When he got home, he prepared, and his wife even told him to wear perfume in order to smell good, and so, he did. He left their house at 3:15 PM, and the wedding was supposed to start at 4 PM, as he remembered.
When he arrived at the Don Bosco Church, he looked for Chariz Solomon and Juancho Trivino. He thought that they were probably in the front.
“Tapos lumapit ‘yung may radyo, sabi, ‘Sir, dito po tayo. Nakita ko may nagka-camera, may nagvi-video na ganun. Tinitingnan ko pa rin ‘yung groom, sabi ko, ‘si Mikoy nagpagupit.’ Sabi ko, ‘siyempre kasal nga naman’. Tapos, nakita ko lahat ng tao naka-suit, ako lang ‘yung naka-Barong. Sabi ko, okay teka sandali lang ha,” he shared.
Then, he called the photographer who took a photo of him if it was the wedding of Mikoy Morales. He said that it was impossible that he was wrong. He was told by the photographer that it was not the wedding he was supposed to attend, and the next scheduled wedding at that venue was not Mikoy’s either.
“Dun ka in-open ‘yung link, kasi hindi naman ako mahilig sa link-link ‘di ba, kaya ako nagpatulong sa’yo. Pinindot ko ‘yung link na ganun. Pagsilip ko ng link, nakita ko kayo mag-asawa sa picture March,” John Feir said.
After getting out of the church, he called Chariz, who was laughing hard when he told her the story. Mikoy also laughed at what happened.
