In a post, Manny Villar makes this announcement.
Wealthy businessman Manny Villar shares that ALLTV is now airing the Kapamilya Channel shows after obtaining a license from ABS-CBN.
Following the issue of TV5 and ABS-CBN has been ironed out regarding the delayed payments that involved ₱946.16 million as of October 30, 2025, a new door of opportunity has opened.

Advanced Media Broadcasting System Inc. (AMBS), the owner and operator of ALLTV, has entered into a licensing deal with ABS-CBN to air the Kapamilya Channel on ALLTV starting January 2, 2026. Last December 2025, ABS-CBN signed the deal with ALLTV.
Based on the statement, “AMBS has been a partner of ABS-CBN since 2024, carrying selected ABS-CBN programs, including iconic Kapamilya shows under the Jeepney TV brand, as well as It’s Showtime and TV Patrol.”
This means that with the new agreement, ABS-CBN shows like “FPJ’s Batang Quiapo”, “Roja”, “What Lies Beneath”, “ASAP”, “TV Patrol”, and more can now be watched on ALLTV. Prime ABS-CBN programs will continue to be available on A2Z, with “It’s Showtime” and “Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab 2.0” airing on GMA.
This also marks the return of ABS-CBN to Channel 2. To recall, AMBS acquired the frequency of the former network after it failed to secure a franchise renewal years ago.
This move was done after TV5 terminated the Content Agreement with ABS-CBN, which was effective on January 2, 2026. The company thanked TV5 for giving their shows a home since 2021.
Recently, on social media, business tycoon Manny Villar shared this news as well. On the day the agreement became effective, he shared, “Nasa ALLTV2 na ang Kapamilya Channel! Enjoy your favorite Kapamilya shows all day, mula umaga hanggang gabi. Re-scan your TVs and tune in now!”
