Willie Revillame will soon launch his new show
Veteran television host Willie Revillame is set to have his own channel, and this will be called “Wil TV.”
Willie has been hosting game shows for many years already. In his hosting career, he has already explored many television networks. From ABS-CBN, he did shows with GMA, ALLTV, and the recent one was with TV5.
When he decided to run for senator in the 2025 elections, he took a break from his game show. For several months, issues and rumors surrounding his television comeback had circulated online.
Previously, it was alleged that TV5 rejected him, but it was also rumored that his new show Wilyonaryo is set to air in December.
Based on the article in PEP, the signing of the agreement between TV5, MediaQuest, Cignal, and Willie Revillame will take place this Friday afternoon, November 28, 2025.
Many were surprised when MediaQuest/Cignal President Jane Basas and Cignal First Vice-President Sienna Olaso visited Willie at his studio in Wil Tower on November 17, 2025, because of the news that he will not return to TV5. Rumors surfaced that the TV host had already signed the contract, but this will happen this Friday.
Among the agreements is that he will have his own TV channel named Wil TV, which was given to him by Cignal and TV5 Chair Manny V. Pangilinan. Wilyonaryo will be aired on Wil TV, with a segment called “Lucky Pick”. This is approved by PAGCOR and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
The veteran host will be giving away one million pesos every day to the lucky winner of “Lucky Pick.”
On Thursday, November 27, Willie was seen visiting the large studio under construction at the TV5 compound in Mandaluyong City — proof that the news that the aforementioned project will no longer proceed is also not true.
The state-of-the-art studio, a business partnership between Willie and MVP, is estimated to be worth PHP600 million.
