Sunshine Cruz preferred to talk about her new project rather than her personal life
Seasoned actress Sunshine Cruz refused to answer the question about the status of her love life.
Sunshine has been in the entertainment industry for many years. She had her fair share of intrigues and controversies. Among the most controversial topics about her was her love life.
It is known to many showbiz fans that Sunshine had a controversial breakup with her ex-husband, award-winning actor Cesar Montano. Fortunately, they were able to reconcile and now have a good relationship as parents to their three daughters.

Then, Sunshine Cruz had a long-term relationship with Macky Mathay. However, their relationship ended.
The actress is now in a relationship with wealthy businessman Atong Ang. Their relationship became the subject of controversy. Previously, Sunshine debunked the fake news about her, her children, and Atong.
In a recent interview, based on the article in PEP, Sunshine refused to answer the question about her love life.
“Let’s not talk about that, The Alibi na muna,” the actress said, referring to the new series featuring Paulo Avelino and Kim Chiu.
Then, she explained that it has something to do with her age now. “Siguro dahil matanda na ako. I’m 48 years old. Parang ang off naman na lovelife pa rin ang pag-uusapan, yung personal,” the actress said.

Sunshine also said that it would be better if people would just focus on her daughter, Angelina, who is now active in showbiz, as she has a series. The seasoned actress added that for now, she is not that active since she has health issues.
“I have an autoimmune disease, myasthenia gravis, [which is] weakening of nerves and muscles,” the actress shared. Sunshine Cruz said that there was no medicine for this, and she should avoid stress.
This was the reason why she chose not to accept other projects. Her body could not handle stress, unlike before. She is hoping that her condition will be better next year, and she can accept more offers.
