Is it true that Willie Revillame will no longer have a deal with TV5?
Veteran television host Willie Revillame was allegedly rejected by TV5 or the Kapatid network.
Willie has been in the industry for many decades, and his shows have roamed around different networks. After his short stint in Manny Villar’s ALLTV, he resigned.
In March 2024, he signed a contract with TV5, and it was reported at that time, his Wowowin show would be aired on the Kapatid network. Eventually, the show became Wil To Win, and he had some female co-hosts called WIN Girls.

However, the show encountered a lot of issues. Willie Revillame was criticized for his demeanor during live shows. It was also rumored that he did not want to have “kasabay” in the TV5 elevator.
The veteran TV host had to leave the show when he decided to run for Senator in the 2025 elections. Unfortunately for him, he did not win. After his election loss, it was rumored that Willie was set to return to TV5.
However, months have passed, but that anticipated return did not happen. Based on the article by entertainment writer Salve Asis in Pilipino Star Ngayon, Willie wanted to return to TV5, but allegedly, the network rejected him.

It was alleged that the media company would have a P2 million loss every single day of the shows’ airing.
“Kasi pala, P2 million ang lugi ng network kada araw nung meron itong programa sa kanila. Pero natigil ‘yun nang kumandidato siyang senador pero sadly, natalo siya,” Asis shared.
The entertainment writer also mentioned the studio that Willie built at the TV5 compound in Reliance, and that TV5 will just buy out this property to be used as the studio of starmaker Mr. Johnny Manahan, who became the official head of the artist agency of TV5, the MQuest Artists Agency (MQAA).
