Janella Salvador and Marlo Mortel’s fans are excited for this upcoming project
Actress Janella Salvador and actor Marlo Mortel, known as the MarNella tandem, are set to have an onscreen reunion.
Janella first worked together in the series Be Careful With My Heart, featuring the tandem of Kapamilya actress Jodi Sta Maria and now-Kapuso actor Richard Yap. Many fans loved their onscreen partnership.
Their fans have been waiting for their onscreen reunion for quite a long time. Anticipation arose when talks about the series ‘I Love You Since 1892’ circulated online. It was because years ago, a teaser poster was released featuring Janella and Marlo.
However, when the project was revealed, it featured Heaven Peralejo and Jerome Ponce. It was said that the MarNella tandem was used as a representation of the characters of Juanito Alfonso and Carmela Montecarlos for the book from the online novel.
Fans of Janella Salvador and Marlo Mortel were saddened by this, but that sadness was washed away by a recent announcement.

As of this writing, no further details have been shared regarding the new MarNella project. Last year, they had a short onscreen reunion when Janella Salvador appeared in Marlo Mortel’s music video for the song “Huling Ngiti.”
