An intriguing accusation was directed at Elisse Joson
Actress Elisse Joson was accused of being the third party in the breakup between former couple Kylie Padilla and Aljur Abrenica.
It was in 2021 when it was confirmed that Kylie and Aljur broke up, almost three years after they tied the knot. In past interviews, the former couple never divulged the reason for their breakup. Fortunately, they were able to have a good co-parenting relationship for their son.
Aljur is currently in a relationship with AJ Raval. Last month, AJ’s father, Jeric Raval, shared that he now has two grandchildren from AJ and Aljur. This apparently confirmed the lingering rumors that the couple already had a child.
To recall, AJ was accused of being the third party in the Aljur-Kylie breakup. However, even Kylie stressed in past interviews that it was not AJ.
A recent rumor surfaced once again surrounding Kylie Padilla and Aljur Abrenica’s breakup. Allegedly, it was because of Elisse Joson. Reddit user @Living-Ad-1710 shared under r/PinoyCelebs a screenshot of a comment from a certain “Jessica Bunnol” on Facebook.
The netizen claimed that Elisse was the one who destroyed Kylie and Aljur’s relationship, and that she was also the reason why her own family is now broken.
In July, through a joint statement, Elisse and McCoy de Leon confirmed their breakup. Years ago, their relationship went through a tough chapter, but they were able to get back together. However, their love story ended a couple of months ago.
Meanwhile, in December 2024, rumors surfaced that Elisse Joson had a “mumol” moment with Joshua Garcia during an ABS-CBN event. At that time, it was known to many showbiz fans that Elisse and McCoy were still together while Joshua was with his Filipina-French girlfriend Emilienne Vigier. Neither camp addressed this issue.
