Rhian Ramos shared her thoughts on one of the hottest topics in the Philippines now
Kapuso actress Rhian Ramos was asked about the recent corruption in the Philippines, and this was what she said.
Rhian is one of the most in-demand female celebrities of the Kapuso network. She has done a lot of projects throughout her acting career. One of her recent projects is being the guest in the concert titled That’s Amore, A Night At The Movies, which will be held at Aliw Theatre, Pasay City, on November 9.
During an interview for this concert, Rhian was asked about the most pressing issue in the country nowadays. It is about the alleged anomalous flood control projects.
When asked if she was affected by the alleged corruption in which contractors made so much money, the Kapuso actress said that she is very emotional about it.
“I am very emotionally affected because nakakagalit talaga lahat ng nangyayari. I’ve always had this; this is also why I was very hesitant ‘yung tatakbo si Sam (Verzosa), because I grew up in the Philippines, where being in the government is almost synonymous with…,” Rhian Ramos said.
In past interviews, the actress shared that when her boyfriend told her about his plan to enter politics, she really opposed it. However, eventually, Rhian accepted that and showed support for Sam’s political career.
“I’ve been hearing the word “corruption” since I was a toddler. So, I think it’s a good thing that all of this is coming out,” she said.
Then, the actress said that hopefully, in the next elections, people who would be elected with bad intentions would have a hard time executing their evil deeds.
Meanwhile, Rhian Ramos was asked in a previous interview about having a prenuptial agreement. She said that, for her, there is nothing wrong with this. It is okay for her if ever she and Sam Verzosa sign a prenuptial agreement.
