Pokwang shared this post from a fake account
Kapuso comedienne-host Pokwang slammed this fake news about her and Bossing Vic Sotto.
Just like many celebrities, Pokie has been a subject of fake news items on social media several times already. She is known for answering negative comments and inappropriate words being thrown at her.
In Bossing Vic’s case, there had been times when he became the subject of a death hoax. Even though he is not using social media, there were still fake social media posts about him.

Just recently, Pokwang shared a post on her Threads account. She was tagged by a netizen in a post showing an edited photo with her fake comment on Pauleen Luna’s photo with Tali.

The netizen who posted this condemned this kind of irresponsible posting.

Pokie reposted this and stressed that she never called Vic’s wife “Mam Pauleen.” She condemned how other people would use social media inappropriately. Pokwang also slammed those who shared the fake post and expressed their judgmental comments.

In the comment section of the Pokie’s post, netizens showed support for her as they also condemned those who were trying to spread and believed the fake news. Here are some comments.

Meanwhile, earlier this month, Pokwang’s post defending her friend Unkabogable Vice Ganda also went viral. Pokie asked the public not to drag Vice’s mother, Nanay Rosario, into the issue of the It’s Showtime host’s viral joke about former President Rodrigo Duterte.
