Rhian Ramos is thankful for her showbiz career
Kapuso actress Rhian Ramos admitted that a time came when she almost left the entertainment industry.
Rhian is one of GMA’s homegrown talents. Under her home network, she has done various projects that boosted her status in showbiz. She has done different genres, from drama, comedy, a bit of action, as well as singing and hosting stints.
With her years in the entertainment industry, there was an instance when she thought of quitting. She opened up about this in a recent interview, based on the article in GMA Entertainment.
“Yes, there was a time that I almost quit,” Rhian Ramos admitted. She explained that doing a job or anything for a long time, there would be a point where it would become a hate-love relationship.
“May times na inspired ka naturally kasi magaganda ‘yung roles, whatever. May times din na parang mapapagod ka din and parang gusto ko gumawa ng something bago,” she explained.
The actress shared that she thought of becoming an entrepreneur with the aim of feeling valued in a different way. She said that bashing was rampant, and people would look at her and make negative comments. Rhian admitted that this could break her heart, and words can do so much to her being.
However, behind what she went through, her passion for her craft rose above. She is nearing her 20th year in the entertainment industry. Just recently, she renewed her contract with GMA Network.
The actress said that all her adult life, she has always been a Kapuso. She considered the network executives as her family, and GMA had seen her worst.
“So, for me, it’s such an honor to be able to promise the network that I’m going to give them nothing but my best from now on,” Rhian Ramos said.
