Angelica Panganiban and Tom Rodriguez have a new movie together
Kapamilya actress Angelica Panganiban and Kapuso actor Tom Rodriguez play the characters of a couple in this upcoming movie about annulment.
Angelica took a break from the entertainment industry when she got pregnant. She is now focused on her family life, taking care of her husband Gregg Homan and their daughter.
However, Angelica could let a good project pass. Based on the article in Pilipino Star Ngayon, the first shooting day for her new movie Unmarry took place just recently.
This movie is under Quantum Films and Cineko Productions. Aside from Angelica Panganiban and Tom Rodriguez, the film about annulment also features Kapuso actress Solenn Heussaff and Kapamilya actor Zanjoe Marudo
Previously, Angelica mentioned that she could return to doing teleseryes and movies if the project really caught her attention. “Ano lang siguro, ganito na lang. Parang kumbaga, for me siguro yung motto nagre-reflect sa akin na time is gold di ba?” she said.
The actress said she wants to spend her time with her family, and when she would do something, she does not want to do it half-baked or half-hearted.
It was said that the movie project Unmarry, directed by Jeffrey Jeturian, is a good one, and this tackles the story of a couple who wanted to separate. In the movie, Angelica plays the character of Celine, who filed for annulment. Her husband Stephen is portrayed by Tom Rodriguez.
They encountered Ivan, who will be played by Zanjoe Marudo, who is opposing the annulment filed by his wife, Maya, played by Solenn Heussaff. Ivan wants to save his relationship with Maya.
Angelica loves the material. She wants to do projects without thinking mainly about the profit. “Kailangan talaga kumpleto e para talagang hindi rin half-baked pag pinapanood ng mga tao. Bakit parang hindi niya gusto yung ginagawa niya?” the actress said.
The movie also features Eugene Domingo, Nico Antonio, Donna Carriaga, Johnny Revilla, Jervi Wrightson, Adrienne Vergara, Zack Sibug, and Shamaine Buencamino.
