Netizens were questioning the whereabouts of Mayor Mark Alcala amid the typhoon
Speculations surfaced that Lucena City Mayor Mark Alcala was with Asia’s Superstar, Kathryn Bernardo, in Australia while the typhoon was hitting the Philippines.
To recall, early this month, netizens claimed that Kathryn and Mark were photographed separately at the airport. It was said that they were going together to Australia.
It has been months since the rumors linking Kathryn and Mark have circulated online. The actress remained silent amid the speculations about the real score between her and the politician.
Netizens have been connecting photos and social media followings regarding Mark Alcala and Kathryn Bernardo’s rumored relationship.
A post on Reddit pointed out some clues that allegedly proved that the mayor was with Kathryn in Australia because of the photos shared by Arisse de Santos, the best friend of the actress.
A photo showed that they had a group picture, and one of the women was wearing a necklace with a “G” pendant, and the next photos showed that Mark’s sister, Graciel Dawn Victor Alcala, was wearing it.
Netizens also noticed that Graciel and Arisse have started following each other on Instagram, and that Mark is now following Arisse’s boyfriend, Daniel Velasco.
A photo of feet in a circular formation was also shared. The uploader labeled the feet. Allegedly, the blue shoes belonged to Kathryn while the brown ones were worn by Mark. The label also claimed that they were wearing “couple shoes.”
In the comment section of the post where these photos were taken, netizens were asking where Mayor Mark Alcala was amid the heavy rains in many parts of Luzon for several days now.
