Bea Alonzo talked about her life now after she went through a tough 2024
Actress Bea Alonzo said that she is in a serene place now after going through a hard time last year.
Bea is one of the prominent actresses of her generation. Her popularity status in the Philippine entertainment industry is among the A-list stars now. With her remarkable projects, she was able to prove her acting caliber.
However, just like any popular personalities in showbiz, it is inevitable that Bea also went through some issues and controversies. Previously, the actress admitted that 2024 was a tough year for her.
It was the year when her breakup with her ex-fiancé Dominic Roque happened. Last year, Bea Alonzo also had legal battles against showbiz insiders Cristy Fermin and Ogie Diaz.
In a recent conversation with Dr. Aivee Teo, based on the article in Inquirer, Bea shared how she has been these recent months.
“I enjoy different things now compared to what I used to enjoy before,” the actress shared regarding her celebrity duties and her responsibilities as an entrepreneur. The beauty doctor highlighted that Bea is now in such a good place and has a lighter aura compared to last year.
Bea answered, “It’s calmer this year, I think.” Then, the actress added, “I knew I would be in this [calm] place, of course. But last year, I really allowed myself to get to know myself even better.”
She also mentioned that she learned to be kinder to herself, and she has learned to honor what she went through. Bea made a conscious effort to stay away from social media and focus on herself while going through a tough time.
“I realized that it’s okay to make mistakes… Last year, I realized that we’re just humans and we can make mistakes,” the actress said. She also said that she is kinder to herself now and more lenient and forgiving.
Bea Alonzo also said that moving on is important, with the hope that she would not make another mistake. However, the actress stressed that she did not regret the decisions she made back then because that was what she felt was right at that time.
Meanwhile, Bea is now being linked to Puregold CEO Vincent Co. A recent rumor claimed that they are set to get married in October.
