Jake Cuenca talked about his relationship with Chie Filomeno
Kapamilya actor Jake Cuenca shared that he and his girlfriend actress Chie Filomeno have no wedding plans yet.
Jake and Chie’s romantic relationship bloomed in 2023 but they have known each other for quite a long time already. The couple received support from their fans and their friends in the entertainment industry.
Two years after they confirmed that they started dating, Jake was asked in a recent interview, based on the article in Pilipino Star Ngayon, if he and Chie are already planning to take their relationship to the next level.
The actor said that for now, no wedding plans for now. Jake Cuenca said that he respects his girlfriend’s decision to reach her dreams. The actor said that Chie Filomena still wants to do more things in her career and he respects that.
However, he definitely can see in Chie the qualities of a wife whom he wants to spend his life.
“But to be honest with you, parang, I just don’t want to seat kasi I already said this before. I don’t want to be so repetitive about it, but if I was, you know, qualities that I’m looking for in a wife, I would say Chie has all of them,” he said. However, Jake stressed that they are not getting married anytime soon.
Meanwhile, Jake’s current acting project is his iconic role in Batang Quiapo. He gave life to the character of Miguelito, and he did a great job in making it distinct from his previous villain roles.
Previously, Jake Cuenca shared that he created a creepy smile for Miguelito. Because of that smile, netizens accused him of having veneers. However, the actor quickly debunked that speculations and said that his teeth are “110 percent natural.”
