Joseph Marco signed a new contract with Viva
Actor Joseph Marco shared that the Kapamilya action drama series Batang Quiapo made him realize something regarding his acting career.
Joseph has been in the industry for several years already. He has done various projects that have proved his versatility. Before having his formal acting projects, Joseph did some TV commercials.
He was given an opportunity to have a TV appearance on GMA back in 2007. Three years after that, he transferred to ABS-CBN and did various projects.
He received the Best Actor award at the 9th Cinema One Originals Film Festival in 2013 for the movie “Saturday Night Chills.” From that, he was given remarkable acting projects.
Just recently, Joseph Marco became officially part of Viva and he is expected to do more acting projects. Based on the article in Bandera, the actor is more determined to give his all in every role that he does.
He admitted that he almost quit showbiz because he felt like there was nothing new, as he kept on doing the same thing. “And for some reason, when I stopped and just looked at everything from afar, I saw how grateful I am,” he shared.
When he came back, Joseph guested on Batang Quiapo, and this brought out a new perspective in him. His passion for acting, which he thought was gone, was rekindled.
“But when I did it, when I was on set and I was acting, I told myself, ‘I was born to do this.’ It’s challenging but it felt so natural and, you know, alam mo sa sarili mo na okay ito, gamay ko ito,” the actor said.
Joseph Marco admitted that he missed acting and now his fire is back, and he is ready to work.
