Diana Mackey & Kiefer Ravena Break Silence on Pregnancy Tragedy
DIANA MACKEY – Despite the heartbreak, Kiefer and Diana expressed hope and faith, saying they believe in God’s perfect timing.
Celebrity couple Diana Mackey and Kiefer Ravena recently spoke about the painful loss of their first child, which occurred just weeks after they happily announced they were expecting. The emotional revelation took place during an interview with Boy Abunda on his talk show, which aired on June 30.
The conversation shed light on the quiet sorrow the pair had been carrying since they made their announcement in March. Boy noted that Kiefer was hesitant to discuss the miscarriage at first but was eventually persuaded to speak up and clear the air amid growing public speculation.

“Shortly after announcing it, I think a week after announcing it or two weeks…,” Diana recalled during the interview. “Yeah, a couple of weeks after, unfortunately, it happened,” Kiefer added. “We lost the baby. Unfortunately. At seven, eight weeks,” Diana shared.
In spite of their grief, both Diana and Kiefer leaned on their faith, believing that everything happens according to God’s will and perfect timing. Kiefer, who currently plays in Japan’s B.League, stressed the importance of remaining positive and looking ahead.
“But you know, God’s plan, timing. Best thing siguro that happened is she’s healthy. Hopefully with God’s grace, we could try again and see where it takes us. Life goes on, sabi mo nga, Tito Boy,” he said.
The couple’s honesty struck a chord with many, reflecting not only their vulnerability but also the strength they draw from one another during this difficult moment. Even as they grieve, they remain optimistic about what the future holds.

As part of their healing process, Diana and Kiefer are planning to renew their vows in Palawan, this time surrounded by close friends and family. Their first wedding took place in a civil ceremony in Taguig on June 11. Kiefer revealed that Palawan is meaningful to him—it’s where he first felt certain that Diana was the one.
By opening up about their loss, the couple has touched the hearts of many, reminding others that recovery and hope are possible through love, faith, and unity.
