PrimeWater said that it addressed the issue immediately and visited Carla Abellana’s property and talked to her caretaker. The actress questioned the authenticity of that statement in her reply.
In a recent Instagram Story, Carla once again aired her dismay about the service provided to her. This time, it was about her internet connection. In her post, she called out Converge and told the company to reach out to her personally.
The actress revealed that it has been a week since the street where she lives does not have a WiFi connection. Carla also stressed that she has been reporting the problem to the company’s bot. “We need to speak to an actual human being, and we need this issue resolved immediately, please,” Carla stressed.
