Kapuso actress Carla Abellana responded to the statement released by PrimeWater regarding the concern she raised.

Carla is one of the most followed female celebrities on social media. On Instagram, she currently has 2.5 million followers. It is very easy for her post to go viral with this number of followers.

Just recently, her post about PrimeWater caught netizens’ attention. She shared a screenshot of the email message she received from the water service company, which was a reminder for her to pay her bill in the amount of P194 plus the P20 for service maintenance.

Carla Abellana replied to this with her concern regarding the water service provided by PrimeWater. Many netizens showed support for the actress, and apparently, they knew what her concern was. Some netizens recalled that even talent manager-vlogger Ogie Diaz called out PrimeWater for its service. To recall, before the May 2025 elections, President Bongbong Marcos ordered the investigation of the issues raised against PrimeWater.

Regarding Carla’s concern, PrimeWater said in a statement that they understood her concern and that they started addressing the issue by visiting the area and talking to the caretaker.

PrimeWater also assured the public that their lines are always open to the concerns raised by their consumers.

Carla replied to this statement released by PrimeWater. In her Instagram Story, she shared the company’s official statement with the caption, “Visit to my property? When? Spoke with the caretaker? What caretaker? Daily deliveries? Really?”
