Daniel Padilla talked about his first action series
Supreme Idol Daniel Padilla said that it was the best decision when he accepted the offer to be part of the Kapamilya action drama series Incognito.
Daniel has done a lot of teleseryes in the past, and mostly they were romance and romantic comedy with his former reel and real-life girlfriend, Asia’s Superstar Kathryn Bernardo.
Last year, Daniel was given a chance to do an action project. He joined the cast of Incognito with Richard Gutierrez, Ian Veneracion, Baron Geisler, Anthony Jennings, Maris Racal, and Kaila Estrada.

In a recent media conference for the “Final Mission,” based on the article in Abante, Daniel Padilla shared that he accepted this project during a time when his mind was in chaos.
“Alam natin kung gaano ako nag-alinlangan bago ko simulan at tanggapin ito. Nasa punto ako noon na sobrang gulong-gulo isip ko—litong-lito talaga ako,” the actor said.
Despite that situation, the Kapamilya actor considered this the best decision he made in his life. “Pero masasabi kong ito ang pinakamagandang desisyong nagawa ko sa buhay ko,” he said.
He also shared that he learned a lot from doing Incognito, and we went through so many things, too. Through this project, he also had personal growth.
Because of his performance in the action series, he was nominated for Outstanding Asian Star at the 20th Seoul International Awards.
In the same mediacon, Daniel Padilla’s co-stars also shared how Incognito impacted their lives. Actor Baron Geisler said that this was the project he finished without any problem. It is because of his problem with alcohol. However, he came to the set of Incognito sober.
For actress Maris Racal, this series saved her. She did this project during the time when she was facing her controversy with Anthony Jennings.
